Deposit Policy
To confirm your reservation is necessary to prepay 30% of the total cost of stay via our bank account.
Booking policy
Check-in time: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: by 11:00 AM.
Please note that pets are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is canceled:
- 22 days or more before the date of client’s arrival, the deposit can be refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client).
- 14 to 21 days before date of client’s arrival, refunded 50% of deposit (any potential expenses are charged to the client-visitor).
- 13 days or less before the date of client’s arrival, no refund of the prepayment can be returned.
